AnyVan got its start in 2009, when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and it would be better for the environment. Now, 14 years on, we’ve celebrated some amazing milestones!

Am I able to cancel my AnyVan booking?

Yes, you are. To cancel a listing, you’ll need to head to the ‘My AnyVan’ section of the AnyVan website. You’ll then need to click ‘Cancel Job’ before confirming your choice.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit at AnyVan?

Yes, you do. All bookings are secured by a deposit and the amount of this will be determined by the overall price of the quote you receive. Your quote will need to be paid to AnyVan, whilst the remainder of the balance will be due to the partner transport provider.

 

Can I edit my AnyVan booking?

Yes, you can. This must be done before a quote has been made or accepted. Should you need to make any alterations, any previous quotes will be invalid and you’ll have to wait for new ones on your listing.
